We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To begin your return, just contact us at elaajewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

You should ensure to return the item you have, and once the return is inspected and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
